  • By using our website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • UshaPharma reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are for informational purposes and may change without notice.
  • We strive to display accurate product information; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if incorrect pricing is discovered.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and card payments via Razorpay.
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout, but do not guarantee delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • UshaPharma is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Our Returns & Refunds policy, available at /returns, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • UshaPharma reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

7. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • UshaPharma is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of UshaPharma.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
  • Product trademarks and brands belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • UshaPharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
  • We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from use of products purchased on our platform.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
