How do I track my order?

Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID. You'll see real-time status updates for your shipment.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and Razorpay (credit/debit cards and net banking).

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. All online transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

When will I be charged?

For prepaid orders, payment is collected at the time of order. For COD, payment is collected at delivery.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup within 2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Amount is credited to the original payment method.

What are the delivery timelines?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (select pincodes) takes 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹49.

Do you deliver pan India?

We currently deliver to 18,000+ pin codes across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.
